EFFECTIVENESS OF SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE IN OFFSHORE DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISES IN SRI LANKA Malinda Sirisena, Section of Computer Science & Engineering, School of Moratuwa.
The aim of the research referred to in this thesis is to assess the effectiveness of software quality assurance methods of Sri Lankan overseas software creation organizations, and to propose a framework which may be used around all just offshore software advancement organizations. An empirical research was carried out using made framework by popular software quality analysis models. The research instrument utilized was a customer survey survey between thirty several Sri Lankan registered just offshore software advancement organizations.
